Dedicated Paramedic On Site
A paramedic posted inside your community during set hours.
A licensed paramedic with a full response bag, monitor, and physician direction — stationed at your clubhouse, guard house, or site office. Treatment starts in minutes, not after a drive, and most calls never need an ambulance at all.

Critical missions anywhere in Panama
We run critical care transfers and coordinated evacuations well beyond this coast — into Panama City, out to the interior, and by air through our helicopter partner. These missions are absolutely something we do, and they are not something anyone should improvise: they require advance coordination on aircraft, receiving facility, crew, and payment.
