How you get this
Members get this at member rates. Outside organisations and non-members can arrange it directly — just call for a price.
We collect you from your house, take you to the hospital or clinic, and bring you home again afterward. A paramedic travels with you the entire way, with monitoring and equipment on board. If your condition changes during the journey, someone qualified is already sitting beside you rather than being called for.
Language is part of it. Plenty of people living here — and almost everyone visiting — cannot lay out a medical history in Spanish while frightened or in pain. Our medic hands the receiving doctor a clear clinical summary of who you are, what you take, and what has happened, then stays with you to help you understand what you are being told.
We also handle the harder version of this: hospital-to-hospital critical care transfer, including into Panama City, carrying the same monitoring and staffing the patient is already on so that nothing steps down in transit.
It is peace of mind more than anything else — knowing that if the day comes, you are not doing it alone and you are not doing it in a second language. It starts with one phone call.
